"Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was lovely. We had breakfast elsewhere but there was a nice Continental breakfast served, and coffee all day."

"Room 127-The hot tub had brown foam floating on the top and there were no towels in the pool area. The pool area was overly crowded. We had a 1st floor parking lot view room and it was very loud at night with people yelling and revving their engines. Our room was for 5 so we had a pull out couch that the springs were nearly poking out of and there was not a comforter provided. When I asked the front desk for one he didn’t think they had one but ended up finding one for us luckily. I took a Luke warm shower but then there was no hot water for the other four in our family to shower. The front desk said that it’s because the hotel was full and the hot tub was taking all the hot water. Positive notes- we were able to book tjis room last minute and I didn’t see any bugs in our room"

"It’s a holiday inn express you’re getting exactly what you need for a lower cost than some other hotels. Was out all day & only there for the night but everything was as expected. "

The location was perfect, with easy access to all the major routes surrounding Harrisburg. When I asked the desk clerk about driving directions, she cheerfully found another staff member who could answer my question. I would definitely return to this hotel. "

"Hate the bathroom door. Doesn’t lock and there’s huge gaps so everyone can hear everything when you’re in the bathroom. "
