"First, the hot tub was NOT functional during my entire stay. No Sign Posted, either. Second, we had to call the front desk THREE times just to get towels. Third, one of the fire pits was not functional. Many guests, including my family, were unable to enjoy sitting by it. Fourth, there was a COCKROACH in our bathroom! How DISGUSTING! I have pictures and a video of the cockroach for proof. In short, I will NEVER stay at your hotel again. I was really exciting after looking at the hotel online. However, it was a VERY disappointing experience. I complained to the front desk about these complaints. We were just given one free breakfast voucher for our troubles. WOW! I was at least expecting some type of rebate on our total hotel stay."

"All staff friendly and extremely helpful-it is a very large building that is initially difficult to navigate and staff were a great resource for assistance. Fitness center had top notch equipment. Breakfasts at their bar/grill were very good. Our room was small-no desk or chairs but did have a nice veranda with great views."

"Room was not ready for check in for another hour. They charge a $2.14”fee” at checkin but could not tell me what for. One of the desk clerks actually rolled his eyes. Expedia gives a total charge including taxes and “fees”. I was told that Expedia needs to get their info straight. It was NOT a non smoking facility. Several smokers outside the rooms to stink up the rooms and belongings. Multiple holes in the walls. Door could not be closed from the outside once in the room so I was forced to order delivery food. In general run down and needs a lot of work. Linens were good, new towels. Floor could have been cleaner, overall passable. Toiletries very good. Bed passable as well. The day clerk was a very sweet lady. Overall kinda miserable stay due to one event after another. Most likely will not ever be back, if for no other reason the shorter evening desk clerk with the awful attitude. It bespoke someone not familiar with the “hospitality” industry. In the beginning he would not even look me in the face. Maybe my neck brace frightened him, I dunno. The manager or whom I thought he was did fix the $2.14 issue eventually."

"My kids loved the pool! It was so warm. We got a room that went straight out to the pool, so it was perfect. The beach was so good! Beautiful. Easy to get to. Clean. Softest sand I’ve ever felt! "
