While our stay was generally satisfactory, we did encounter a few challenges. The first room we were assigned was not the one we had reserved and paid extra for, which was specifically for an ocean view, and it was also not equipped for guests with hearing impairments. We experienced some communication issues with the front desk, which eventually led to a room that was similar but still not suitable for those with hearing impairments. Some members of the hotel staff seemed less than welcoming to families and expressed some concerns about the presence of children. The internet service was unreliable, and our room had some issues, including soiled walls and stained furniture. Although we appreciated the shuttle service, and the breakfast and social hour were excellent, we regret that we are unable to give this establishment a five-star rating due to the staff's demeanor and the condition of the rooms, especially considering the considerable cost of the stay.
