"Spa was not properly operational which was a disappointment"

"The staff was courteous. We were in room 11A. The rug in the living space was visibly dirty and the lamps were like cheap IKEA fixtures. The tables were blocks of concrete with flimsily attached tops. Couch was too low for comfort. Curtains would not close. Otherwise, great views, nice restaurant, good location. For Bulgaria, it was a nice property. "

"This place do not give it a miss my family and i usually go spain but this beats them all, amazing food,entertainment,and the facilties lile water slides different pools burger and unlitmed pizza before the crazy buffet with something new every night. Private beach which is kust so cool with a bar and access only for your hotel which makes you feel like a vip."

"Second consecutive (2025) stay at Ibis Golden Sands - excellent amenities and rooms. Breakfast buffet is high quality and variety. This is a top choice due to its proximity to beach and other areas of interest. Also, very professional and attentive staff - will book again. "

"Very nice clean modern room, staff were helpful although limited English speaking on reception at later check in time. Breakfast was fantastic. Pool looked nice, although too cold for us to try and use. Limited utensils in room however, need a few more. Too far out of Varna City, had to get taxi's everywhere. One restaurant in walking distance but was out of season so limited opening hours. Same for hotel on site restaurant in the evenings. Supermarket just down the street which was very helpful. "
