Very nice clean modern room, staff were helpful although limited English speaking on reception at later check in time. Breakfast was fantastic. Pool looked nice, although too cold for us to try and use. Limited utensils in room however, need a few more. Too far out of Varna City, had to get taxi's everywhere. One restaurant in walking distance but was out of season so limited opening hours. Same for hotel on site restaurant in the evenings. Supermarket just down the street which was very helpful.

Breakfast is good and the lady at the breakfast area very nice and smiling. The bed was very comfortable. However the rest of the staff is NOT costumer oriented especiallyvthe lady qt reception and the one cleaning the area, no smile, and the feeling to botjer when you have a question or a request, very unpleasant. No paper toilet one day…. I won’t come back in this hotel.

This is a newly renovated property and it is very clean and above normal standard for the area. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. There is a supermarket 1 minute walk away and a restaurant in the hotel (free breakfast buffet). There is also a very good pizza/italian restaurant just 1 minute walk away. The apartments are modern and have excellent heating/cooling and feature a modern bathroom with tub and shower heads and also a kitchen with a full size fridge and microwave and separate bedrooms. I highly recommend this hotel. For Dentaprime patients, it is just 7 minutes to dentaprime using the hourly free shuttle the hotel provides. Also, the WiFi is excellent at the hotel.

Great 3nights stay 15 min walk to the beach

Very feiendly check in- check out experience! We had a spacious studio flat in a quiet area close to the restaurant, with a large bed extremely comfortable. The kitchen corner was equiped with a microwave, sink, a small stove and a big fridge however only one glass, a fork, one knife and one spoon so make sure you have what you need if you plan to cook (we did not). The bathroom is quite nice and new but smelled like tabacco so air conditioning was a big plus. The restaurant on the property has a diverse menu for lunch or dinner and the included breakfast had a standard buffet.The pool is very clean and we could still enjoy it these last september days thanks to the sunny and warm weather. The staff was very friendly and accomodating with our requirements throughought the stay. Thank you very much for this wonderful experience in Varna♥️

Definitely wouldn't stay again

The kitchen had nothing in it for cooking. The first room they put me in had a sewer odor. Getting around the complex at night was dangerous due to inadequate lighting. Then I was accused of bringing a child in to eat the breakfast. So basically accused of theft.

L’hygiene et le service de chambre laisse a desirer , nos chambres n’ont pas été faite pendant 3 jours d’affilé sans raison apparente, et des fils d’arraignés et poussieres était en présence à l’arrivé. Cependant le personnel etait adorable, et la piscine trés agréable.

Personnel très accueillant et sympathique. La chambre était fonctionnelle et très propre. Malheureusement nous n’avons pas eu le temps de tester la piscine qui avait l’air tres agréable. Une seule petite critique : les oreillers étaient vraiment trop durs pour mes veilles vertèbres.

Endroit calme et propre, petit déjeuner plus que correcte. Entre le centre ville et les plages, bus fréquents qui vous emmène vers les plages ou le centre ville. Piscine agréable. Mais alentours pas totalement terminé, pas de trottoirs par exemple.
