"This place was amazing! Incredible ocean views from the hedrooms. The rooms are a great size with lots of room to move around. Yhe breakfast was good nothing fancy. You are in a great area to walk to the beach and cute restaurants. Theres a bus thats about 15 mins to old town or a quick 5 min uber. Spa is amazing, outdoor pool was beautiful and icy cold! Staff super friendly and helpful. Gym is good to keep your workouts going."

"It was the best location within old town. Just next to Pile gate by opposite the fountain. We did not need to lug our Baggage too far. Victor was so nice and he let us in early at 10:30am so we could join some 11:00am tours. Nice new spacious rooms with a good size bathroom. Great shower with plenty of hot water. No noise issues at all I would highly recommend this to anyone. We had daily breakfast just outside Pile gate for about 25euro per person."

"We could not have chosen a better place to stay! Hotel Sumratin is beautiful. The room was clean, spacious and modern as this hotel was opened just a few months ago. The location cannot be beat - right on the Lapad promenade close to restaurants, bars, stores and the beach. "We enjoyed our stay at the Villa. The proximity to the beach is great. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and our room (comfort apartment for 4 people) had a nice layout and a beautiful balcony. It is helpful to note that the hotel it's self is dated and could use some maintenance, but I think they do the best with what they have and the price we paid made it a fair value. Also note we stayed early May and the pool was not open for the season yet. The buffet breakfast was a great...
