Prescott Resort and Conference Center
"Got an upgrade because of my VIP status with Expedia. Nice room with a nice view. Pool was small and jacuzzi was not very hot. Swimming pool was smallish and enclosed so it was noisy with several teenagers in the pool. They just want to have fun! Overall, a nice hotel."

Staff did carry luggage up and down for us to 3rd floor, but lot of steps up and down to come and go... free ice and bottle of water always appreciated here. We will stay afain next year ..."
