All necessary for a short stay in the studio was sufficient and exceptionally clean - a rare find for those types of accommodations in BG as a whole. "Panorama Blue is located in a perfect location to enjoy the evening and very close to the parking which is included! Thats a big bonus. The room was spotless and was a perfect starting point - just far enough from the tourist shops and a wonderful view in the evening to enjoy the sunset and the harbour. The reception and staff are 5 star. Highly recommeded."

"This will be good in few years. Right now it's still lacking alot. There is constant construction , it's supposed to be utopia but there is floor making , huge trucks lugging dirt and most annoyingly there is a weird noise form the electric system in the yard . It isike an ancient Chinese torture every 45 sec or so you hear a 5 sec buzzing from the electric system. The staff is trying hard and 50 percent are very nice but the rest are just constantly confused."

"There was a problem with the type of the accommodation but finally when the manager involved we received the right type as per the booking. Even we needed to wait until 7pm to get in the accommodation. Only one guy from the reception was very polite but the rest didn’t show the correct attitude to us as clients. "I’m not sure this should be a 4 star rating, was more like a 3. Not sure we’re ‘luxury’ came into it! Lots of things were closed, games (mini golf, table tennis , air hockey) were either broken or not open. The spa was there but looked very dirty and forgotten about. Staff only spoke Bulgarian, with very few English words spoken by the very younger staff so not really international friendly. Rooms were mopped daily but not much else.
