"Excellent location - we had a studio with sea view. The staff was super busy but also very polite. All necessary for a short stay in the studio was sufficient and exceptionally clean - a rare find for those types of accommodations in BG as a whole. They also had free on site parking right next to the building. Would highly recommend because of the parking, location, cleanliness! "

"This hotel was top class. The whole hotel was immaculately clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and always freshly prepared. It had a lovely swimming pool, but was also situated close to a beautiful beach."

"Really nice little resort. Staff were friendly on arrival at reception and helpful throughout. Underground secure parking came with the room. The room was great and plenty of space, really well equipped even though it was all inclusive. Needed a shower curtain or something as the bathroom got soaked every time you needed a shower but it was all fine and the water soon drained away. The balcony was nice and overlooked the water park across the road. There was music from there during the day but...

Communication and service with Petko and at the restaurant was quick and attentive. The location in Old Town is also convenient. We parked the car and could walk everywhere. "Panorama Blue is located in a perfect location to enjoy the evening and very close to the parking which is included! Thats a big bonus. The room was spotless and was a perfect starting point - just far enough from the tourist shops and a wonderful view in the evening to enjoy the sunset and the harbour. The reception and staff are 5 star. Highly recommeded."

"My husband and I stayed for one night and found this all inclusive hotel fantastic. You are welcomed by the most friendliest concierge people. The room is clean and quiet. You have an array of delicious all-inclusive food and drinks (alcoholic drinks of their local brands are included as well!). The walk to the old town is just simply calming and beautiful. It’s a 5-10 minute walk so the location is ideal. Parking is easy (paid 12levs). We will definitely be back! "

"Kétségek között vártam nyaralásunk kezdetét,de minden várakozásomat fölülmúlta a Karolina Hotel szépsége,tisztasága,vezetőinek,dolgozóinak vendég specifikus hozzáállása.Az időjárás ugyan mostohább volt a vártnál,de a hotel vendégszeretete kárpótolt bennünket,jövőre újra jövünk!"
