"I really enjoyed my stay here, what I needed was available. Breakfast was good, they had gf options. I had a rental car and they could provide a parking spot for my stay. The only thing is that the roof top area wasn’t maintained, but a cool feature. I did have to get the iron and board from downstairs ( but with an elevator it’s doable). Thinking of staying with my family next time I visit Germany again."

"Everything at this hotel was very good, except a strange musty smell in the hallway on the floor where we were assigned. But once we got in the room, it didn’t bother us. "

"Wir waren auf der Durchreise von Spanien nach Polen und haben hier einen Zwischenstopp eingelegt. Die Buchung und der Zutritt zum Apartment liefen völlig problemlos. Das Apartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet und war absolut blitzsauber. Genau so wünscht man sich eine entspannte Übernachtung auf Reisen. Wir werden ganz sicher nicht zum letzten Mal hier gewesen sein."

"Its a good location close to the shopping malls and within easy walking distance of the Hugenot town (old town to most tourists, although there is also Alt-Erlang across the river which was the original old town back in the 17th century). The hotel itself is modern. Rooms are reasonable size, there is parking below the hotel, and staff are genuinely helpful."

"There seem to be multiple prices for this hotel: a more reasonable version online vs the made-up version by the guy sitting behind the desk. He is motivated to artificially inflate the price and the bill did not match the online price. Very shady. Best part of this hotel is the proximity to the hospital."

"Das Hotelkonzept als Tagungshotel wurde sehr deutlich und ist sicher hervorragend. Als einzelner Geschäftsmann allerdings etwas wenig. Frühstück war um 8:00 Uhr schon etwas leer. Die auswahl könnte einwenig größer sein. Ansonsten hat mir das Hotel sehr gut gefallen."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Smart-Inn! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay feel relaxing from the moment I arrived. Great location in Erlangen, quiet atmosphere, comfortable beds, and an excellent breakfast to start the day. Everything was well organized and exceeded expectations. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Erlangen or the surrounding area in Germany. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Großes Zimmer und Badezimmer, bequeme Betten (harte Matratzen), sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Cocktail Happy Hour 18-20 Uhr. 3 Fitnessräume, Schwimmbad, Sauna mit großzügigen Öffnungszeiten. Sehr freundliches Personal, gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg durch den Park in die Innenstadt. Ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu den Outlets."
