Great stay near Erlangen city centre

Wonderful stay in Erlangen near city center and close to the train station. Good, spacious room and an extensive breakfast platter. Gym is adequate and service is also quite good.

We stayed at the hotel on our way to Slovenia. Hotel has a very nice garage and we stayed at family room. You can easily walk to the city center where you can find restaurants, shops etc.

Sofa bed needs a better bedding!

The sofa bed bedding was awful! Bedsheets are tiny for that kind of bed! The cleaning was ok. We were not amazed of the size of the room. Unfortunately one of us had to crawl or walk on the bed to the other side of the sofa! It is a shame! Otherwise was ok and probably we come back. The breakfast was really good!

Kein Room Service obwohl wir entsprechende Schilder ausgehängt haben. Personal Inkompetent und nicht sehr freundlich bzw. hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht-bei der Ankunft haben wir ein Zimmer mit Balkon bekommen,dieser war aber gesperrt-warum? Nachder Beschwerde bekamen wir dann unser Zimmer-wie gebucht-anscheinend wusste man nichts von dem gesperrten Balkon…oder man hat es einfach mal versucht,vielleicht bringt man das Zimmer auch so los… Wir wissen es nicht,das Personal hatte schweigenden Service… Schlimm…

Super freundliches Personal. Hervorragendes Frühstück auch eine halbe Stunde vor Schluss noch alles frisch und warm. Geräumiges Zimmer. Super Schallisolierung. Kurzer Fußweg ca. 10-15 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Große Tiefgarage mit Hotelzugang (18€). Wir sind sehr zufrieden und empfehlen das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiter.
