We were welcomed by a very nice and friendly receptionist named Benedikt. He made sure everything was working and we could leave our car even though someone else had parked two spaces over - we will definitely be back.

Very clean and quiet. One of the most eco-friendly hotels I have seen. Amazing night sky-like painted ceiling, it gives a nice comfort atmosphere. Big minus - no AC in the room

Welcoming, Restful

The front desk welcome and service were exceptional. The beds very comfortable, and we appreciated all the attention to environmentally conscious choices. This was our second stay, and the hotel itself and the spirit of the place were even better. We enjoyed our dinner delivery in the lounge after a long day, with delicious wine available at the hotel. The sauna environment was well-appointed, clean, relaxing. We definitely plan to stay here again!

Solides Hotel mit Kaffeeeinschränkungen

Die Ankunft war perfekt. Ich habe bei Ankunft im Hotel angerufen um mich nach den Parkmöglichkeiten zu erkundigen. Ein sehr netter MA kam dann sofort heraus und hat mir die Tiefgarage geöffnet. Einchecken verlief zügig und ohne Probleme. Was mich etwas verwunderte, war, dass ich eine Badewanne im Zimmer hatte, Randhöhe ca. 50cm, und ich mich fragte, wie machen das ältere Gäste ohne dabei zu verunfallen. Wie ich beim Auschecken erfuhr hatte eins der 6 Zimmer die noch eine Wanne haben, da einige Gäste das wünschen. Also bei der Zimmerbestellung angeben was man möchte! Kritik übte ich am Frühstück bzw an der Mitarbeiterin. Ich fragte ob ich meine kleine Thermoskanne mit Kaffee gefüllt bekommen kann plus Kaffee zum Frühstück. "Das kostet extra" war die Antwort. Also nur Kaffee in die Kanne, dafür keinen zum Frühstück. Habe die Rezeption beim Auschecken darüber informiert. Hätte wohl nicht vorkommen sollen. Ansonsten ist das Hotel gut. Kein Designerhotel aber alles funktional, sehr sauber und im guten Zustand. Etwas hellhörig. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig genau wie viele Restaurants erreichbar.

Das Hotel hat einen hohen Umweltstandard, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Man merkt, dass es ein familiengeführtes Hotel ist. Das Frühstück ist gut, vom Müsli bis zu Quark und Jogurt und dem selbstgemachten Obstsalat, Wurst, Käse, Saft - es ist an alles gedacht.

Nicht zu empfehlen

An der Wand hingen mal Bilder, jetzt gab es nur noch den Nagel oder den hellen, unvergilbten Fleck an der Wand. Das Beistellbett war lange für den Sperrmüll überfällig, das Zimmer war wenig ansprechend. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht.

Der Stenenhimmel im Zimmer war gigantisch! Wer es selbst sieht weiß was ich meine. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist von sehr hoher Qualität. Regionale Produkte, liebe zum Detail und toller Service!
