"🙌"

"Chambre propre.

"Overall excellent experience! Our room was beautiful with an amazing painting on the ceiling! Breakfast brunch was very tasty and varied, including real italian coffee. Staff was available and very accomodating. Highly recommended!"

"What a perfect location! Beautiful older property right in the heart of Florence! Giant, tough outer doors, but the rest was wonderful."

"We appreciated that Aura Suites is in a condominium far enough away from major attractions to be peaceful, yet still within a 20-30 minute walk. If walking is difficult you might prefer something closer to the area you want to see, but if walking doesn’t bother you, the room was spacious, the shower was hot and had water pressure, the area was clean, and they even had a hair dryer. There is a community area with a coffee maker, and an iron with ironing board. They even had umbrellas to borrow....

"Amazing location"

"Location, noise control on a busy street and check in staff (Maria) - excellent and perfect Free soft drinks and water in room - very generous and nice (not special for Expedia VIP guests as advertised) WiFi and cleaning needs significant improvement e.g General cleaning to remove dust and residual on Day 1 needed. Trash in the room should be removed daily. Soiled bath floor mat was folded up for reuse. (Hoping the towel on the floor was replaced and not just folded up nicely like the bathmat)....

"This place was in an excellent location, right by the Duomo. The room was clean……however the listing is deliberately untruthful, unfortunately. I booked the family suite with PRIVATE bathroom. That is not what I got. The bathroom was down the hall off the kitchen and it is shared with another room- therefore it is a SHARED bathroom. I would never have booked a place sharing a bathroom. Advertising the room with a private bathroom is an outright lie. So beware of that if booking. The SHARED...
