"This property may seem unusual to Americans but it is typical for northern Italy. A family run hotel with perhaps 30 rooms. Everything was top notch, including the food. Check when you book if you’re getting half board or full board. If you only get half then you need to pay an extra 25E per person for dinner. Excellent hiking in the area!"
"Bellissima struttura, accogliente, moderna e pulita con piscina con vista panoramica è bella SPA.
Il cibo del ristorante ottimo e curato nell’impiattamento!
Staff gentilissimo, premuroso e professionale!
Torneremo sicuramente!

"This hotel is fantasic. The staff are wonderful and very friendly. The rooms are very up to date and the mountain views are spectacular. The dinner we had was exquisite. The only issue we had is a church bell. That thing goes off all night and it's loud. I'm not too bothered by that stuff, but my wife slept poorly even with earplugs. Parking there is great. It's free and there is plenty of space."
"This hotel is exceptional in every way. Every single member of staff was friendly and professional. The food was some of the best we have ever had in a hotel. We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. A wonderful stay in the dolomites. "
"I chose a room with my own bathroom and the bathroom was so nice, rained shower, beautiful little balcony with a lovely view of mountains. Very walkable to the rest of what I needed in town. The staff were so helpful at check in. Would absolutely stay here again."
"The hotel far exceeded our expectations, the staff went above and beyond for our comfort and everyone was extremely friendly. We couldn’t believe the value for money, our room was GORGEOUS and the food and wine were 10/10. I don’t want to leave! "
"El La poste es un hotel antiguo pero ubicado en el centro de Cortina de Ampezzo. Por lo mismo con múltiples para comer y bien ir de compras. Su comedor es excelente y el desayuno muy bueno. Lo único es que los cuartos ya se sienten antiguos y requieren remodelación"
"Overall an enjoyable stay for 2 nights. It’s close to Lago do Braies and bus 442 runs through this charming town. Everything was clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen had basic utensils, pots and pans. Outdoor parking was easy and pretty spacious. There’s two grocery stores steps away. I wish they had more communication about the saunas requiring you to be nude. This caught me by surprise since I was looking forward to using the facilities after some long hikes but ultimately I was uncomfortable....
"A lovely country hotel with excellent service and comfort. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The hotel is decorated with art and artifacts from its long history, has a library and garden areas to walk or relax in. Dinner was a pleasant surprise as it’s a gourmet coursed meal (might not be a good fit for picky eaters). Breakfast was lovely with great variety. I was meant to stay one night but because of the comfort and food, I decided to stay another night to relax and enjoy the...
