Our stay was incredible, I don't have sufficient words to describe how amazing this place is. Mountain Residence Montana is rated as a 3 stars property, but based in our experience, it is fair to say that it deserves 5 stars. Our apartament was facing the valley and the mountains, it has a modern decoration and all ammenities you could imagine, it's big and spotless clean. The views from the balcony are just breathtaking. The hotel structure is another high point, there are 2 swimming pools, both with controlled temperature, the external swimming pool facing the montains is simply perfect! There are saunas and relaxing rooms, all spotless. The communication was simple, friendly and very efficient. I highly recommend this hotel and I can't wait to return!

This was my favourite property our whole Italy trip of 5 weeks. Staff, very good at their jobs. This place is newly renovated. While not a ton of parking it is available in a covered garage with options for electric plug-in. Check-in fast, easy (we had to do the after hours check-in/out with prior notice). Access to a pool and hot tub and sauna room which is excellent no complaints whatsoever, impressive for the size of the property. Very, very clean, very simple but has what you need. Our room was a nice little apartment with full kitchen which was very nice to have! The only issue we had was the heating situation as it was a little cool when we arrived in the area and was that way for our entire stay but I think we did not know how to operate the heating and it wasn't a huge issue just used more blankets. Appreciated the available beverages at the front door. Very beautiful surroundings and what a view to wake up to those MOUNTAINS! Not located close to anything, but neighbours, so don't forget anything or you'll be driving a ways to get it. Fridge is very small, we made it work, again better than not having one. I did find that the walls are paper thin in terms on noisy-ness. We could hear all alarms going off in the morning and the chairs in the kitchen are rather loud on the flooring, this was maybe the one thing that I did not appreciate. Struttura moderna ed ecosostenibile, l'appartamento bellissimo, con vetrata e balcone panoramico sulla valle, spettacolare. La cucina attrezzata, con tutto il necessario, con forno a microonde, piano cottura ad induzione e lavastoviglie, arredamento essenziale, ma di pregio. C’è una bellissima spa con una piscina lunga 20 metri con idromassaggio, saune e bagno turco. La pulizia era impeccabile. Una vacanza all'insegna del relax, immersi nella natura incontaminata. Sicuramente ci torneremo.

Moderno e confortevole appartamento con vista

Il complesso è nuovo, dal taglio moderno con sapore di montagna, caldo ed accogliente. L’appartamento è ottimamente organizzato e molto bello, cucina attrezzata anche l con forno a microonde e lavastoviglie. Il terrazzo è molto grande con splendida vista sulla vallata. Ampio posteggio coperto e non. C’è anche una piscina piuttosto grande e delle saune, ma ci è mancato il tempo di provarle. Per una vacanza di relax nella natura e tranquillità è un ottimo posto.

Super Lage und schöne Aussicht.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich genossen. Das Apartment ist ideal sauber und die Lage bzw. blick aus dem Fenster sind einfach Traumhaft. Die Mitarbeiter super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Man hat uns ein Restaurant nebenan empfohlen, wo wir die beste Pizza der Welt probiert haben:) Einfach super.

Prachtig gelegen mooi verzorgd ruim appartement, mooi wellness gedeelte met zeer goede Finse en bio sauna en excellent stoombad, rustgedeelte met prachtig uitzicht over het dal. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame staf. We komen zeker graag weer terug

Beautiful location and lovely spa. Extremely noisy all day from before 7am until after 7pm due to extension/building works so definitely wouldn’t recommend until this is complete as it was not at all relaxing with constant noise. Modern but a bit soulless.

Tolle Tage im Gsieser Tal

Wir hatten kurzfristig gebucht, dennoch gab es zeitnah den Erstkontakt, so dass wir uns unbeschwert auf die Reise machen konnten. Die Unterkunft liegt quasi am Ende des Gsieser Tals, ca 15km von Welsberg weg. Wenn man Aktivitäten außerhalb des Tals machen will muss man diesen Weg vorher immer mit einkalkulieren. Letztlich ist man dennoch in 30 min am Pragser Wildsee, in 40 min in Bruneck und Toblach. Von Welsberg kann man super mit dem Zug zb. nach Bozen fahren (ca. 1h45min) - das Ticket hierfür ist quasi geschenkt, da es vom Gastgeber einen Holiday pass gibt, mit dem man in ganz Südtirol gratis mit Bus und Bahn fährt - tolle Sache. Die Unterkunft/Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und bis auf einen Backofen war alles vorhanden was man benötigt- auch für Selbstversorger. Wir hatten die 3 Zimmer Wohnung mit Schlaf--und Kinderzimmer sowie Wohn/Esszimmer und Bad, auf der 2. Etage mit 2 Balkonen. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Haus, welches aktuell noch vergrößert wird. Den Saunabereich im EG hatten wir nicht genutzt, sah aber auch sehr schick und sauber aus. Im Haus selbst gibt es einen Aufzug. Ein Wort noch zu den Gastgebern - eine wirklich nette Familie werdet ihr kennen lernen. Ihr bekommt viele gute Tipps, wie ihr eure Urlaubstage verbringen könnt, falls ihr das nicht schon selber wisst.

Leider Baustelle

Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung war groß und sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Blick vom Balkon Traumhaft. Leider war eine Baustelle um das Haus herum. Der Parkplatz war klein und wurde auch von den Bauarbeiter benutzt. Zum Frühstück gab es dann Presslufthammer. Wer Ruhe sucht wird da im Moment nicht fündig.
