"An attractive hotel on an island in the river running thru Tomar. It is surrounded by parkland. A restaurant on the ground floor, which has excellent food, and rooms above. Our room was dual aspect with a the luxury touches we like. Bath robes, slippers, good quality toiletries and scales. The room had small fridge with complementary water & soft drinks. "A large, modern hotel with large grounds for tennis and exercise. The hotel and its large $5 per day parking lot is conveniently located right at the entrance to old town Tomar. Its a 10 minute walk from the hotel to the center of Tomar with dozens of shops and restaurants. 20 minute walk or 10 minute car ride to the Templar castle complex."
