A chover e para passar a porta apertada com as malas com dois funcionários no seu interior ninguém se chegou sequer para segurar a porta. No pequeno almoço não existia ninguém CC são fosse necessário algo/repor

O quarto de hotel precisa de manutenção. Os móveis, paredes e chão tinham riscos e mossas e a porta do duche abria e fechava com muita dificuldade. O hotel também fica sem nenhum empregado a partir das 20h e só há uma pessoa em permanência durante o dia (a mesma pessoa que serve o pequeno almoço faz o trabalho de receção, etc.). No entanto, o atendimento foi impecável e fomos tratados sempre com um sorriso e simpatia.

Arquitetura não é suficiente.

O hotel é lindo! Mas isso não é suficiente. Quando chegamos, o quarto estava sujo e precisamos ficar esperando que uma funcionária que cuidava do bar fosse limpá-lo. Na verdade, o hotel não tem funcionários suficientes. No desjejum, o funcionário que cuidava do salão foi para a cozinha preparar meus ovos mexidos... Para um hotel de 4 estrelas - lindo - é imperdoável a falta de funcionários. É uma pena.

De hotels in de grote stad, in dit geval Coimbra waren vol of schrikbarend duur. Dit hotel ligt op 20 km afstand en biedt goede kwaliteit voor een heel schappelijke prijs

Excelente hotel. Uma recepcionista super profissional. Contudo o serviço, pelo que me apercebi, é bastante negativo devido a falta de pessoal e talvez de formação do mesmo. Estive 4 dias e a TV funcionou no primeiro dia e com a desculpa dos incêndios não funcionou mais. Utilizei a Internet o que me leva a perguntar o fornecedor de serviço de TV e Internet é diferente??? Em resumo Um Hotel de 4 ESTRELAS com espaço físico digno dessa classificação e com serviço, excepto a recepcionista referida, de 2 ESTRELAS.

Schön, aber hellhörig

Sehr geschmackvoll (um)gestaltetes Anwesen mit modernen Zimmern. Wir hatten ein behindertengerechtes Zimmer, unsere Kinder ein normales DZ, beide sehr geräumig und sauber. Der Blick ging einmal in Richtung Feld und Parkplatz, einmal zum Sportplatz. Das Problem war die Hellhörigkeit (Nachts waren einige Gäste über längere Zeit deutlich zu vernehmen, den Rest der Nacht sorgte in unserem Zimmer eine lose Glasplatte am Balkon bei starkem Wind für sehr störende Geräusche.), die uns nicht gut schlafen ließ. Der Ort selbst hat nicht sehr viel zu bieten. Wir waren aber recht lecker und zu einem fairen Preis ganz in der Nähe des Hotels in der Churrasqueira Penim essen. Das Frühstück im Hotel war ok, nicht mehr und nicht weniger.

Definitely worth visiting

We loved this old Palace that was renovated to a hotel. Bravo for giving this town they can have something to be proud of. Staff especially Ana Bela was very helpful and pleasant and spoke English. Went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. Nice village in walking distance. Grocery store, restaurants, butchers,jewelry store,just about everything you need. Reasonable price.

Modern hotel built into a historic casa!

Although some of the locals frown on the building, someone preserved the old Casa into to a modern facility with a great and welcoming staff who can not do enough to make you comfortable. When I left yesterday Ana Bela and Hugo at the front desk were dotting over me as I departed.

Extremely servicemined Intern, great experience.

We arrived late and called the hotel when on our way. Got in contact with an exceptional serviceminded young man who we later learned is an Intern. He waited for us when time had passed the check in time and he was extremely helpful and assured us not to worry about the late arrival. The hotel is very high standard and we would recommend it too anyone, especially because of the fantastic service we got from the Intern, believe his name was Andre.
