"First we need to give the family (staff) that runs this fantastic hotel 10 stars, 5 stars just not enough. Super helpful in recommending many restaurants, a winery tour, where to park, etc. Also went above and beyond helping us sort out an issue with a Viator boat trip we wanted to cancel. They pepared fantastic breakfasts. Wonderful, fun people we are glad to have met. The room spotless, bed comfortable, bathroom excellent!"

"We booked the two bedroom jacuzzi penthouse. While the staff was helpful and the room nice, there were a few issues we were surprised by. First, the room was not at the property location listed here. Instead, it was several blocks away, outside the centre, making the breakfast and use of the spa facilities inconvenient, especially given that I was using crutches to get . It was on the fourth floor with no elevator. we had to pay extra to open the second bedroom"

"Fiorenza was so lovely and helpful, she met us on check in and check out. Gave us lots of helpful recommendations. The place was really nice and in a good central location."

"We had the most amazing stay. The hotel is gorgeous, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was perfect. Thank you very much!"

"Giorgia was very helpful. She arranged a tour for us. Great communication, Wonderful room in the center of old town. One caveat: Luxury Suite has no windows and is upstairs through two doors with one key that also works the lights. It was quiet on the busiest street in old town. Breakfast was at a cafe a couple of block away."

"Great location! Would definitely add on the parking in the garage as street parking is not available! Staff were great with telling us where to go and what to see!"

"Lovely apartment with a nice balcony very central and in walking distance to the town. The host recommended parking nearby. Comfortable and clean"

"Spacious and clean room. It has a small kitchen, a balcony, and it is very charming. Excellent location, you can walk everywhere, close to restaurants and cafes. I really recommend this property!"

"👌"

"The location is great! Just a short walk from the famous Lama-Monachile beach and one block from the pedestrian area with all the restaurants and shops. It's a lot of fun. In addition, we were welcomed by Georgia who was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect with exception of the shower that while it is fancy and powerful, it could use a door to prevent the water from spilling into the bathroom floor. We really liked our room. It was well appointed and comfortable. We would...
