Staff were amazing and this is a great way to visit Pogliano. The old town is really the only place to visit and so being right in it is great. The breakfast spots around were good and general restaurants were good as well

The suite is wonderful, set over three floors. Decoration is to a high standard and the team are attentive. Ideally situated at the centre of Polignano to explore the town and surrounding area.

A wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at Dei Serafini. Instead of two doublerooms we had the opportunity to change to an apartment with our own roof-terrace with seaview. Thanks to the helpful staff and for an unfogettable time in Polignano.

I stayed in a beautiful rustic home with a sea view and a rooftop deck. The staff Francesca and Christiano were always pleasant and helpful. The hotel is walking distance from the train station and guests receive a 10% discount at the caffe across from the reception area.

No hotel, neither B&B.

It is a very small room, without curtains to close or black out. No TV in the room, it's not a Hotel, it's just a room in an old house. Mini bathroom, no closets, just a stick with hooks in sight to hang clothes. Very good location. I don't recommend it.

While the two apartments were large, clean, and well maintained, this is not a hotel. This is more similar to an Airbnb, no cleaning service was offered. Very convenient for large groups or families.

Perfect stopover

We loved our stay here. Brilliant service, lovely position, easy parking which can be a challenge in Polignano. Great position in the square with all quaint cafes and bars nearby. Any questions were answered swiftly and effectively via WhatsApp. So thoroughly recommend this lovely place.

Wonderful place to stay in the historical center of Polignano a Mare! Stayed in Honey, a beautiful sea-blue themed room. Stairs to the room were narrow and steep. They have an off-site, private parking area about an 8 minute walk from the reception. Reception was friendly, helpful, and flexible with our check-in & check-out times.

Perfect hotel in Polignano

It is a multiple building hotel. We got the jacuzzi suite that was like a 3 floor beautiful appartment. Kitchenette, fridge, complimentary coffee nespresso type capsules. Staff ready to serve you. Cozy bed with TV. A terrace in front of the jacuzzi on the top floor. Parking lot 8 minutes away from hotel buildings but they offered a golf car service to take our luggage since it is a ZTL street/plaza. Lots of places to have great food and Lama Monachile beach 3 minutes away. Highly recommend

The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. We stayed in the apartment named Carla, which was very well decorated and very comfy. No expense was spared with little details, such as a basket full of bathroom essentials (should you forget anything), and the cleaner checked in with us every day to see if we needed the apartment to be cleaned. I would highly recommend Dei Serafini and their properties to anyone wishing to stay in the centre of the old part of Polignano a Maré.

Unique property ... not for everyone

My wife and I really enjoyed our time in Polignano a Mare!! And the Dei Serafini was definitely a part of that. Wonderfully located in the middle of the village. The property was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The property was definitely unique which was part of the charm and part of the problem. Parking was a nightmare... I probably wasted an hour just trying to find the lot. The only bathroom is on the main level while the bedroom is up a flight of very slick, potentially dangerous steps. Wonderful character ... but not for everyone.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of old town.

Beautiful little apartment in Polignano a mare in amongst the charming old town. The famous beach and gorgeous restaurants, bars and artisanal shops are mere steps away. The apartment itself is beautifully presented and the hot tub and balcony are a great place to relax and cool off after a hot afternoon traipsing around town prior to heading out to spend the evening. It is literally one block from grotta palazzeze. Every detail is thought of and the styling is very elegant. Greeted with a lovely bottle of wine on arrival, there is a little kitchenette if you wanted to prepare your own food.

Excellent location. Centre of everything and close to all the areas highlights. Loved that we could potter around and have the option to escape the heat and return to the property and enjoy a rest and air con. The terrace was a lovely sun trap to enjoy a cold drink and people watch across the main square. The location is a blessing and a curse. For those that want a quiet spot this is not it. As it is amongst the bustle of the town it is very noisy at all times. The night time you will here music, chatter from the restaurants and bars and early morning wake up call from the delivery drivers, rubbish collection and the church bells in the main square.

The staff and place was wonderful. So clean and beautifully decorated . Very helpful and answered any concerns we had right away . The only negative experience we had in the property was that at 7 am every morning the recycle and trash truck parked right in front of property and made so much noise collecting all glass bottles from all the restaurants in the square. The property is located in the center of the main square so it is very noisy. That is the only negative but everything else was wonderful . They have other properties that are not in the main square but unfortunately they were booked . Will love to come back and try those .

The staff is fantastic. The place is great. The apartment has everything. Close to everything. If you are driving, renting the parking space is a must. They will use a golf cart to take you and your luggage from the parking area to the hotel. It is in a Piazza. Great ambiance, two blocks from piazza Vittorio Emanuele. Grazie mille.
