"Smooth check in and out. Very safe and quiet area in Makati, easy access to Rockwell Mall. Friendly security guards. 1 bedroom suite is such a huge space with balcony and a great view. A lot of great restaurants to eat and shopping. I can’t wait to book this place in the future . Highly recommended."

"This place is a little dream in the craziness that is Manila. Old world little b&b with an amazing, helpful staff. The room was small but perfectly appointed with a small balcony overlooking the street. Great art and furnishings around the lobby. Also with some amazing restaurants within close walking distance. "
"Very clean and well kept property. The room was excellent. The pool area and adjacent pool bar / restaurant was also excellent. The pool was very interesting for our daughter to swim in.
The only slightly negative observation was at times a stronger than normal odor of disinfectant or something like that in the air. But that was just a minor issue."

"The property is okay. It is advertised with "fast Wi-Fi connection" but we can't even use the WiFi when we were staying there. We booked the place cause it was the hotel nearest to the place we are visiting and it we need the fast internet connection. We called the front desk to report the issue, they mentioned they will try to do something to fix it. After an hour, still can't use the WiFi. Then the front desk staff mentioned, that we should be reminded that the WiFi is just a complimentary and...

"I stayed in a club room so I had an access to club lounge (snacks and cocktail hours) and service. The hotel is obviously dated, but the staff and the “Thai” hospitality made up for it. Room is very nice and spacious. Gym is quite large and functional, and the pool is ok (on a lower floor). "
