"I had a visitor with an ID and they were not allowed to visit my room without a demand that I pay $105 reals. This seems unacceptable and no one could point me to a written policy regarding the matter."

"Hotel magnifico, perfeito!!!"

"We liked everything about this hotel, location , service, staff was very helpful, breakfast is the best , very clean. Definitely I will be back"

"Very helpful, cheerful staff, updated amenities, excellent breakfast every day, perfect location"

Eu jamais me hospedarei neste hotel novamente."

"Adoramos esse hotel. Funcionários muito bem treinados e receptivos. Quarto sempre limpo e cheiroso. Hotel ideal pra relaxar."

"Bom"

"Breakfast was amazing - great diversity and many desserts. Cheese bread was fresh-baked, coffee was strong"

"The good thing is it’s very close to the beach and popular areas. The breakfast is ok and WiFi is decent. The facilities is old and very inconvenient to use the shower. For a short stay is fine, but wouldn’t come back here for a long stay. The reception isn’t helpful at all. They only provided e thin bed sheet and it’s chilly when the air conditioner is on. "The room was very clean, the staff where very kind and friendly and like always the breakfast was amazing. Thats why i booked this hotel for the second time."

"good"

No dia seguinte, comuniquei a situação à recepção e fui à praia.
