Equipe prestativa e gentil. A localização do hotel é boa, poucos metros do Aterro da Praia de Iracema. A estrutura do quarto é um pouco mais antiga, porém suficiente para a hospedagem, não havia nada danificado que prejudicasse a utilização do ambiente. O café da manhã é suficiente para uma boa alimentação. A garagem é no subsolo e segura. Voltaria novamente a utilizar os serviços do hotel.

Hotel mal cuidado, móveis velhos, lâmpadas queimadas no quarto, TV e interfone não estavam funcionando e liguei mais de 4x na recepção pedindo para virem verificar e eles sempre com a desculpa de que já iam mandar o técnico e não mandaram, as toalhas estavam bem encardidas e finas. Não tem cobertor no hotel apenas lençóis finos. Não recomendo.

Quarto mal higienizado, com cheiro de quarto sujo! Lençol tão fino, que mal dava pra dormir com o ar-condicionado ligado. Fui solicitar mais um lençol na recepção, me informaram que não tinha como disponibilizar outro. A televisão do meu quarto não funcionava, teve que chamar um funcionário pra ligar, mas a imagem tava péssima, turva. Fui dormir em outro hotel, não consegui ficar nessa espelunca!
