Falta manutenção

O café era muito bom e o hotel está bem localizado, mas parecia faltar um pouco de cuidado e manutenção. A fechadura do meu quarto caiu e eu fiquei presa por dentro. Ninguém do hotel veio me socorrer, embora eu tenha pedido. Tive que esperar alguém da manutenção. Depois aconteceu o mesmo com a fechadura do banheiro.

Alguns recepcionistas mal educado, grosso e revoltados com a vida. Hotel cheio de baratinhas pq fazem recepção na área do cafe. Deixam tudo sujo e as baratas tomam de contas. Camareira trabalham a força e a gente tem recla.ar que o quarto não foi limpo.

Com toda certeza vou voltar! Todo mundo me tratou super bem. O hotel é perfeito, gostei de tudo. Café da manha é incrivel, muitas opções, amei meeeesmo. Vi muitas pessoas falando do banheiro, que era pequeno, realmente é beem pequeno porém da pra usar de boa, pelo menos pra mim! A localização é boa, perto de mercado, restaurente. Um ponto positivo é o estacionamento, tem bastante vagas, pelo o que eu vi, sao três andares de vagas para estacionar, sensacional.
