Pior estadia da minha vida!!!! Banheiro sujo, frigobar com resto de comida de outros hóspedes, alarme de incêndio tocando as 2h da manhã, equipe extremamente despreparada, funcionários mudando o motivo o tempo todo, resultado: hóspedes que não descansaram nada e ficaram no prejuízo! Ah!
Pedi quarto com acessibilidade para os meus pais e colocaram eles no nono andar. Imagina se fosse realmente um incêndio? Quero nem pensar nas consequências...
