"We stayed one night. The owner was very communicative with check in times to make sure he could be there to let us in and explain everything. It's a small, personal business so not a typical hotel . "Clean room and safe building. Small balcony and nice bakeries nearby. Bed was firm. Hairdryer was strong (2100 Watts) with the directional attachment! Best hairdryer I’ve come across in a hotel. Safe building. The only complaint was that there were 4 shampoos but no shower gel or lotion. However, excellent shower. The interior is modern. Host is responsive. "

"One of the best places I’ve stayed in. Don’t let the outside of the building deter you. Once you walk into the hotel’s floor, you forget all about the outside. The staff is so kind. Shout out to Rosy!! I loved this place so much I extended my stay. Did not want to leave Napoli. "The property was nice overall and the train is accessible right across the street. As far as the hotel goes, the first night the electrical sockets weren’t working, so we had to move to a basic room for one night. The next day we returned to our premium room, but Netflix and YouTube weren’t usable due to the poor internet connection. If you’re not someone who relies on TV or streaming, this would be a good place to stay."

"The location of the property is excellent given its proximity to the Port and transport hubs. We had a stunning view of the Port and Castle from our room.
