"FLH Suites in Porto is located in a busy tourist area however once you entered the FLH Suites the ambiance completely changes to a quiet and peaceful place. The FLH room set-up is much better that a 5-star hotel. The bed, pillows, linens and beddings are of great quality. The customer service is great! The receptionists are all nice and pleasant to talk with. They are very attentive to my requests. Also, I love the breakfast delivered to my room at my preferred time. And the daily afternoon...

"The room was very clean. My flight got in Porto at 7 am and they were able store my luggage and give me a map of the city to go explore before my check-in time. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was great, I had the single room with Balcony that had a nice view of the river. I walked to and from the centre a couple times a day, even all the way to Gaia which was only a 30 min walk. I saw other reviews so I can prepared with earplugs, so noise was not an issue for me. "Nous avons passe un agreable séjour. La chambre etait sympa mais pas tres bien insonorisee (Chambre sur rue). Nous entendions les gens marcher au dessus de notre chambre. En revanche, le petit dejeuner etait top et le personnel très professionnel. Letablissement est proche des centres d intérêts et station de métro. "
