"L'appartement suite duplex junior le plus chère, du site que nous avons payé, n'est pas situé dans le château lui-même mais dans un pavillon annexe ce qui me semble surprenant eu egard au coût. L'avantage est d'avoir le SPA en accès direct via l'ascenseur de cette annexe. Manifestement le lieu n'est pas fait pour les familles aisées avec enfants mais pour les couples. "This property is beautiful! The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, walkable to everything Amboise had to offer. The room itself is older and given the climate there was the general feeling of moisture in the air. "Le Choiseul was a beautiful place to stay with lots of charm and history. Their restaurant was wonderful and I recommend dinner there while staying at Le Choiseul. All of the employees were very gracious. My only two “complaints “ were that our room had no wifi (perhaps due the thick walls) and the shower hose could not be attached to anything so you always had to hold it. Otherwise I highly recommend the hotel and restaurant "

"Beautiful hotel with the best grounds for relaxing, spa is good, can't comment on the food. Service was wonderful from all the staff, convenient location being a short stroll to the nearest tram stop that takes you into town and runs regularly all day, highly recommend to get away from the world! "It was like taking a step back to the 14th century...With a great bathroom! The whole property is beautiful. The modern bathroom and shower is 21st century with radiant heat in the floors. All of the staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was awesome. Thanks to Veronic and Rayanon."

"Perfect place for visitors with a car as parking is difficult in the old city. Wonderful to have bar and lovely small food dishes available all day and into evening. It was too cold to use the pool but a lovely area for hot days. Also the lift in this old building was very helpful for baggage and upper floors. "
