"The two receptionist were very sweet and helpful. The room was a good size, the walls were kinda dirty and the room smelled of cigarette smoke, which i hate! I beleive the cigarette smell eas imbetted in the curtains. Rough time sleeping because of that. The breakfast was from 10 am til midnight and only had ramen (only spicy flavors), coffee soda and ice cream so not a breakfast"

"It would have great but they tolerate people who smoke in their rooms. The smell gets into my room causing my clothes and stuff to smell like cigarettes."

"I caught 6 mosquitoes, but I couldn't sleep because I kept getting bitten. So mean
There's a woman in the bathroom with long hair and a lack of cleaning
The staff was nice"

"The airport shuttle service was great and simple to use. All staff were very polite and super helpful! The one and only downside was the lack of water pressure in the shower, but other than that, this was an excellent hotel with excellent service and the Mountain vegetarian bibimbap was amazing! "
"Great location and breakfast menu changes slightly everyday. Only small issue is that the lobby location not on the ground floor and the lift can be pretty slow and packed. Room is of decent size and clean. "
"Beautiful, clean room with well-appointed bathroom and great view. We appreciated the welcome snacks! Found a spider on my pillow but not a big deal."
"The room was clean and the view from our room was amazing. The staff were helpful with any questions that we had. It is quite far from Seoul, so be prepared for the travel time if you are planning to visit Seoul as well. Otherwise, we would definitely stay here again. "
