"The property is conveniently placed just off the M4. Making it very easy to explore the surrounding area. Lots of beaches and shopping just a short drive away. The room was a generous size. The breakfast was good and plentiful. We were made to feel very welcome and our every request was handled efficiently and with kindness. "This was our first time staying at a hotel that wasn't staffed. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The accommodations were very modern. Plenty of hot water. Easy access to both train and bus stations. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and grocery stores. Quiet. We didn't hear street noise. Stairs are steep, as others have noted. "We booked a studio for two nights which was on 1/F and clean. A bottle of milk and some cakes were offered, which tasted good. We could park in the driveway or on the street. We visited the Four Waterfalls and hiked to the Pen y Fan along the horse shoe route, both spots were within 30 minutes of drive. Tesco and restaurants were just within a few minutes."
