"If you are coming to Santiago you MUST stay here! The area is the best in Santiago - we felt so safe and there were so many walkable options for food and drink around. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic - it is offered in the cafe just under the hotel. The guys on reception, Francis and Nicholas, are amazing. So kind, patient and go above and beyond. There is no lift in the hotel but they assisted us with luggage up and down. I couldn’t recommend this hotel...

The room and hotel was well kept and they had a great breakfast both hot and cold. The hotel was close to a major park, good for a walk or run. And we were walking distance from restaurants and bars. "This was a fantastic hotel in a great location in the Bellas Artes neighborhood of Santiago. It is a small boutique-type hotel, so not a lot of amenities like pool, gym, etc., but it's quiet, located directly across the street from the Bellas Artes museum, and walkable to many nice neighborhoods. It felt safe and the staff was incredibly helpful and thoughtful. The room was large, clean and quiet. We had a little difficulty with the safe, but they helped us out quickly (user error). The...

"An older hotel brought to life by the friendly staff. We had a wonderful stay in Santiago and really enjoyed Luciano as our home base. The staff arranged a Taxi even packed us a breakfast to go when we had a 530 am flight. Pisco sours on the rooftop were another highlight. Highly recommend! "

"A hotel which has everything I needed, located in Downtown core of Santiago. Was generally comfortable. Basic room with full washroom, fridge, microwave , plates etc.. Located very close and walking distance to many historical sites, plus Santa Lucia. Full grocery store about 5 minutes away, plus many small shops and cafes. Perfect for a short visit."
