"The hotel has good facilities, including a swimming pool and spa, although we haven’t had a chance to use the pool due to the weather. The hotel is fairly well located, close to the lake and about a 15-minute walk from the main plaza, where there are plenty of restaurants, cafés, bars and ferry services. Our room was very spacious, with a large balcony, a comfortable bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower."

"What an absolutely incredible stay! This hotel truly sets the standard for excellence and delivers a genuine luxury experience from start to finish. The room was absolutely immaculate and beautifully designed. Every detail felt fresh, modern, and spotlessly clean, with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a stunning, pristine bathroom that felt like a private spa. "Equipe dos funcionários, muito prestativos. Visual do lago espetacular. Surreal de lindo. Café da manhã excelente."

"Camera pulita e spaziosa molto bella.

"The rooms were very comfortable and clean."

"Front desk staff is extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast servers were polite and took great care. Perfect location also. Will come back again"

"Otroligt trevlig personal.

"Striking distance to the city centre and restaurants. Our first 2 days was in a room with a balcony beside a construction site so did not afford the privacy to the room unless you pulled the blinds down and had thw room closed off from natural light. The staff were extremely understanding and helpful and moved us when a room was available that further away, giving more privacy. Breakfast was awesome."

"Accoglienza sempre gentile, pulizia e cura della struttura. Camere spaziose e confortevoli. Abbastanza silenziose. Colazione abbondante e ben fornita. Sono stato molto bene."
