"room was clean and had comfortable bed and plenty of good towels, air conditioning could not be manually controlled so a little warm in the room at times. staff were always very helpful and many smiling faces. breakfast had enough variety but why no fresh juice? (coffee machine made up for it). its a shame you have to pay extra for cold drinking water during the day, but respect it is a scarce resource in the summer good location half way between old and new town with little jetty to swim from"

"1 Stern ⭐ Leider war dieser Aufenthalt eine riesige Enttäuschung. Das größte Problem war die Klimaanlage. Sie hat am Abend praktisch nicht funktioniert und im Zimmer war es unerträglich heiß – man hatte wirklich das Gefühl, kaum noch Luft zu bekommen. Trotz mehrmaliger Nachfragen wurde uns von einer etwas älteren Mitarbeiterin mit blonden Haaren nur gesagt, dass das “normal” sei und die Klimaanlage funktionieren würde. Das entsprach unserer Erfahrung überhaupt nicht. Das Frühstück war...

"Un paradiso immerso nella natura!Abbiamo soggiornato al B&B Il Bosco del Gal ed è stata un'esperienza indimenticabile. La location è semplicemente stupenda: un luogo magico, curato nei minimi dettagli e immerso in un'atmosfera di totale relax e tranquillità. Tutto è perfetto per staccare la spina e godersi la bellezza del paesaggio. Struttura da cinque stelle piene, consigliatissima a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno speciale. Ci torneremo sicuramente!"

"Staff was very nice handling our issues and the room and bathroom overall were clean and spacious. Issues were a broken shower head line (which was repaired for us when we returned) and unfortunately our key card to access the parking lot, hotel entrance, and our room was somehow de-activated after our first night, leading to us needing to call the emergency line. Ultimately, they had a system in place to get us back to our room, but it was concerning considering the key card is all guests have...
