"Staff was wonderful. Disappointed their Michelin restaurant and the rooftop was closed for renovations. That was the big reason we chose this hotel. Pools were nice. Turkish bath was nice to use after a long day of exploring Rome. Overall it was good. The restaurant at the hotel was overpriced and not a great meal. Better to go out for dinner. "

"The hotel is in a great location, and we loved the size of the property. It’s a wonderfully designed space with super friendly staff, and cool overall vibe. The rooftop deck is especially relaxing, and Paola at the front desk is a wealth of knowledge about the many restaurants to choose from in Santa Margherita Ligure. We loved our stay, and will definitely be back one day. "

"Dicevamo passare un paio di notti in hotel io e mio marito prima che mio marito fosse ricoverato a Sestri ponente x un esame dopo aver passato lì la prima notte abbiamo ricevuto la chiamata dall ospedale che anticipava il ricovero….abbiamo fatto presente la cosa al personale e non ci hanno fatto nessun problema e ci hanno permesso di fare il checkout anticipato rimborsandoci la notte già pagata….veramente molto disponibili…..ma p po armiamo dell hotel… SUBLIM e il nome perfetto per posizione...

"The MANAGER was fantastic as he new all the local news.Cable car times, ferries running or not plus what time the Giro dITALIA would ride past the hotel. The beds were brillant and rooms very clean. Often you can be treated like a tourist where as the Hotel Vesuvio they treated you with care and respect."

"The staff at this property was amazing!! We travelled with our son and his family of 5. Children ranging 7mths to 4 years old. Antonio the waiter and Luigina the maître d’ went above and beyond to ensure that the children ate what they wanted (not on menu) and were so helpful throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. I cannot say enough positive things about this property! Highly recommend it! "

"Sehr schönes, zentral gelegenes Hotel direkt am Strand von Rapello. Das Hotel hat keinen eigenen Parkplatz, jedoch ist direkt vor der Tür ein kostenpflichtiger öffentlicher Parkplatz. Die Fähre nach Portofino hält quasi direkt vor dem Hotel. Das Frühstück war klein, aber fein. Die Auswahl war überschaubar, aber es fehlte an nichts. "
