"It was a nice place and we have stayed there in the past and no issues but this past trip one towel was stained previously is all I go to complain about!"

"The shades wouldn’t open and no maintenance staff to fix them. The bathroom had hair on the floor and the sliding barn style door wouldn’t slide without coming off the track plus it was filthy. There was a man’s handprint on the headboard that was clearly visible. The remote had missing buttons and was in terrible shape. I was shocked. I would never recommend this hotel and I don’t think I will ever stay in another Best Western. "

"We stayed 1 night in Villa 1565 The room was nasty managed. This location felt more like a motel. The bed was uncomfortable. The shower was dirty and the room smelt of raw sewage. The room smell are disgusting the bathroom door was dirty. Chipping "nightstand" The breakfast had little options. Absolutely do not recommend this place."

"Not many bathroom products, a dead cockroach in front room, gross. Plus you must cross a busy street to get any delivery, they are not allowed to bring to your door"

"Great location, clean property, fair rate. Close to everything we enjoy about St. Augustine. The staff is always friendly and the parking area is well-lit at night. We have stayed here multiple times and have never had a problem."
