The bathroom was not clean enough, the rooms were very small, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the property. Additionally, the guests did not fully respect the house rules, which made the experience uncomfortable. "Second time staying at this hotel in 3 years. We loved how quiet it was, and the great location. Breakfast is lovely, with some hot options and the breakfast staff are great. The room was huge, as was the bed. Last time we were there in 2024, as the hotel doesn’t have a bar, there were complimentary drinks available for guests between 5-7pm which we thought was a lovely touch. We were told they have now stopped doing this which is a shame."

"Loved this hotel!!! While I didnt take advantage of all the amenities offered. I felt the hotel was central location to alot of the sites. I loved that they provided a map at check-in of the city which helped with touring the many sites. Also loved the sweet treats provided at turn down service. Great hotel and great service from front desk to house keeping."

She gifted us a bottle of wine and cupcakes- such a special treat! The street can be a bit noisy at night do to the restaurants and bars but we were not bothered by it."
