"Just the best place to stay and rest in a lovely city, where you can just take a nice 40 minutes non stop walk to the historic center, or a 15-20 minutes Taxi. Staff was always helpful, but need to mention Sabrina, from the front desk, who went above and beyond giving recommendations in Spanish to help me connect better with my personal experience in Firenze. Her advice and suggestions helped me to have a better experience in Florence. Breakfast included, YES! The best part to start the...

"The hotel had an antique feel and was very clean and well kept. The staff were all friendly and helpful with directions, and the amenities and breakfast were excellent. Having wine and a light snack every evening was a delightful bonus. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The place has an amazing view. The rooms are very spacious and clean. It also includes a courtesy shuttle that goes to the city 3 times per day and facilitate to explore the city without and avoid the inconvinient of driving around. The hotel staff is very helpful and attentive with the guest. They are always available to answer questions and provide you with valuable information to find things to do around the city."

"Me gustó el hotel, frente a la estación de transporte, el personal muy amable, el cuarto pequeño pero muy acogedor y limpio, la cama muy rica y tiene opciones de almohadas para los que sufrimos cuando no nos gustan."

"The Bernini Palace hotel is a beautiful old-style hotel with a lot of charm in a great location. The staff couldn’t be nicer and more helpful. Breakfast was wonderful and in an amazing dining room that was once a parliamentary meeting room. Highly recommended!"

"Location was perfect ! Beautiful decorations! However, I was never told you had to go to a hotel around the corner to eat breakfast- or that our hotel room was not in the dining and pool hotel. Apparently- two Hotel Calimala’s. Our first room was unacceptable as I paid upgrade for a room with a view- no view! They finally switched us into a better room. Check out these things before you book your room. Very nice hotel- but expensive for what you get! They charge for bottled water after first...

"Il est dommage de devoir réserver le SPA au préalable et qu'il n'ouvre qu'à 10h00 le matin. Deux horaires de navette pour aller et revenir du centre ne seraient pas de trop. L'endroit est charmant mais un peu excentré. Le personnel est accueillant et disponible. Je recommanderai cet établissement."

"Unbelievably great hotel.... Modern , new, fresh....the room was very modern and clean....the rooftop is a huge huge space with portions open to the public and separate pool area for guests only....spectacular views from the rooftop....the poolside lounge beds for two was very relaxing..the pool is a long architectural masterpiece...the hotel has so many special lounges for guests only where you can relax .....the hotel is located right next to the tram train that takes you directly to the...
