"I hope this review benefits to all planning to book this hotel. I confirm that this following information is true without any bias to anyone.
1. The front desk always deny my request, I already put in the reservation that I need a hard pillow for each one. I booked 2 rooms for 4 people. They didn’t do it. The front desk said please tell housemate. Then I told the housemate, she said please call front desk. I kept requesting and got the pillows on 2 nd night.
2. The hotel claims 5 stars while the front desk told us the complementary water is just 1 bottle a day. Such front desk was the guy who did check in for my family on 28th of December 2025.
3. The housemate didn’t vacuum room floor. I stayed in this hotel 5 nights. Neither night was vacuumed. Lots of hair on it. I noted her to do but nothing changed.
4. This hotel is so dirty. They provided us dirty coffee mugs with coco left on it.
5. The service of hotel was just 2 stars in my opinion.
6. After I checked out I report this claim to the Accor representative. One agent replied and said sorry for it, beside offered me credit to compensate. It was so ridiculous such agent disappeared and not contacted me again.
So if you are looking for a fine hotel, I wouldn’t recommend this one at all.
