Nice stay

Good location to explore Munich. 5 minutes to S-line station. Well stocked supermarket over the road - although not open Sundays (as seems to be the case everywhere in Bavaria/Austria). Comfy bed. Kitchen has enough pots/pans etc to allow you to cook simple meals for yourself.

Bit disappointed with the stay there. The lady at their Welcome Office seemed to be surprised that we arrived and was looking for some paperwork around. She said shes not sure if the room is ready which is fine as we arrived at 11am. She then checked again and informed us that room is actually ready but if we want to check in early we need to pay extra €20. Ive already paid more than €300 for 3 night stay. If that's their policy about early check-in, that's fine but I found it a bit unwelcoming. We decides to be back later to check-in. The receptionist informed us that they work till 4pm which is bizarre as their check-in time starts at 2pm. 2h window is very narrow. When came back after 2pm to check in she said that the form is in the room. But didnt leave any pen there for me to sign and didnt ask for the form at the check out. Its not nice that the guest has to sort it out for them. The room itself was okay. The heated floor worked well. So did the wifi. The kitchen was fully equipped but there was no exhaust above stove. The wear and tear was visible in the room. The sink in the bathroom was damaged. The leaflet in the room states have to take the rubbish ourselves which I did but found it a bit strange. Not sure then was it actually included in the service of the serviced apartments they advertise? At checkout I was asked for the key only and heard "thats it, thank you". Wasn't even asked about the stay. The whole situation seemed unwelcoming and disorganised.

Die Heizungen haben nicht funktioniert obwohl ich sie komplett aufgedreht habe. Ich habe die ganze Nacht gefroren und habe keine Entschädigung bekommen, obwohl ich dies angefordert habe. Die Frau am Telefon Service war sehr unhöflich und inkompetent. Das einzige was sie gesagt hat war, dass es nicht sein kann, dass die Heizungen am morgen funktioniert haben und sie nichts machen kann. Ich bin hartnäckig geblieben und habe eine Entschädigung angefordert daraufhin kamen unhöfliche Antworten, dass die Heizungen funktionieren würden und die kein Cent zurück zahlen werden. Später wurde mir als einzige Option ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Jedoch haben dort die Heizungen auch nicht richtig funktioniert. Ich meinte ich bin Kundin die müssen etwas unternehmen die Frau am Telefon meinte sehr dreist "nein ihr seid hier Gäste". Wie kann man Gäste sein, wenn man Geld gezahlt hat in einem Hotel?? Sehr dreist und respektlos. Nie wieder! Gibt viel bessere Hotels mit besseren Service für 200€.

großes Zimmer mit schönem Bad, Küchenzeile und Balkon. einziger negativer Punkt war etwas fehlende Sahne/Milch und Zucker zum Kaffee. Ein Gast hatte außerdem Probleme, die Dusche stabil einzustellen. Muss am Gast liegen ;)

Bei Ankunft war nicht zu vermuten, dass es sich um eine ruhige Unterkunft handelt. Ich war positiv überrascht, dass es ab 22 Uhr absolut ruhig war (außerhalb und im Haus).

Schick und fast perfekt für Selbstversorger

Modernes Haus, moderne Zimmer, sehr sauber und gepflegt, mit kleiner Küchenzeile. Für Arbeiten am PC ist der Tisch sehr klein. Leider nachts total überheizt und keine Möglichkeit, dies zu regulieren.

Das Apartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist in einem top Zustand, gepflegt, zweckmäßig und modern eingerichtet, mit schönem Bad, großzügigem Wohnbereich und voll ausgestatteter Küchenzeile. Die Lage ist optimal, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Verkehrsanbindung fußläufig, Parkplätze stehen meist direkt vor der Unterkunft zur Verfügung.

Super Value in Munich

Very close to S7 train, very convenient. Grocery store and fitness center two minutes away. Clean, quiet and secure. What else would you need?

The room was very close to the train station (train to central station every 20min) and supermarket is only 2-3 minutes away. We enjoyed our stay at the comfy room and the decor was stylish with BOconcept furniture. Would have been better if more amenities were provided. We only had one towel each for the 6 days, and two small shampoo bottles.

Brilliant place to stay in Munich

Brilliant place to stay in Munich. Very upmarket finishes and decor, just a few meters from the S-Bahn and across the road a really great supermarket. Award 5 stars to this place.
