"Everything are great. Just the air condition that if you need to turn it on or change the temperature you have to come down to reception at 0 floor and ask them to do it. The staffs are great and helpful. The room is very clean and clean up everyday."

Breakfast buffet offered lots of selections and was good. So glad we chose this hotel. Hotels.com says they have laundry facilities - should say laundry services. No self serve on property. "Staff were helpful. They were quick to respond to my needs. They also kept my room clean when I went on day trips. I also had help from a staff when I lost my card key. I was partying late until 5 AM but I showed her my ID and told her my room number and got another card key. Thanks !!"

"I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The rooms are small but had exactly what we needed. They cleaned daily. Breakfast was just what we needed to start our day. And everyone was super helpful. I think we could have done more research about how close it is to things- it was a 20 min bus or taxi ride to most of the tourist spots but overall I was very happy with our stay"
