"From my first contact at booking, the reservation staff at the Hotel were extremely helpful & I would say they went above & beyond my expectations. I had accessibility requirements & again they went above & beyond to make sure I had an accessible room which made things a lot easier. "Staff was very friendly. Property was clean but, but
Exrea bed was not ready when we arrived no blankets, no pillows etc so we had to chase staff twice for this( eeven i specifically wrote emails and verbally reminded the receptionists befor we entered the apartment. I found this anoying)
Also very very poor breakfast for a 4 star hotel. I felt i had to beg for food because not everything was displayed for example We had to order for example croissant thta was not displayed
