The shuttle to the pier didn’t start until 10:00 which was too late for our embarkation time. The staff were barely civil and were more interested in chatting with each other than taking care of their guests. Would never stay there again! "

"We came here with kids and chose this hotel because it looked attractive from the outside and is close to the beach. Unfortunately, everything was disappointing from the very beginning. "Property was overcrowded and the booking “fee” was unexpected on top of the room rate. I booked through Expedia with “VIP access” and none of the “perks” that were supposed to come with it were granted, except for the a late check-in that granted one extra hour. Elevators were the slowest I’ve ever encountered and the fact that the swimming pool turned into a public party at night made the situation much worse… good location, though, breakfast could be better, especially since the only two options were a bakery with a very limited selection of items and an associated restaurant “Casa Gianna” that was overpriced for the quality of service and food offer "
