The Crowne Plaza greeted by friendly staff with a smooth check-in process. My room was clean and provided the environment for a nice restful sleep. Checkout was easy and Star transport delivered me safely to the Everglades for my cruise.

The hotel was very nice & clean, but the hotel front desk staff was outstanding in their customer service. The Crown Hotel shuttle driver (Katrina) was really awesome she was so upbeat & friendly. I intend to recommend this hotel to my fellow travelers.
