"Me gustó la.limpieza y las chicas que atienden super super amables y resolvieron mis dudas"

"Bueno para dormir, lo malo es no había parqueo dentro pero fuera del hotel si y tienen cámara de seguridad."

"Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. For the amount we paid, the condition of the room was completely unacceptable. The air conditioner barely worked, making the room extremely uncomfortable. The shower had serious issues and was not functioning properly. To make matters worse, we had problems with the room door, which is completely unacceptable when it comes to basic safety and security. These are not minor inconveniences—they are basic things that should work in any resort...

"Unsecure Parking 1045pm to 0700 WithOut gated access. Parking at YOUR OWN RISK. HIGH CRIME AREA. STAFFING UNTRAINED INFLEXIBLE OWNERSHIP"

"You get what you pay for. Just had an issue with the fact that there were little ants in all of the beds"

"It’s was a nice place but it needed to be repaired . The plug outlet was damaged. Pool needed to be clean . And the tv was very small . For breakfast it was only one option . The same option for the entire 8 days we book. But the staff was very friendly and helpful."

"A lot of older people and no club within the resort."

"This is my second time staying at this hotel. It’s very clean and they maintain the property beautifully. The only thing is the rooms are showing signs of aging. The staff is friendly and ready to help."
