"Room had a bunch of ants daily in it. We asked for it to be sprayed but no help. Elevators did not work in building. Restaurants were hit or miss priority went to royal elite members."

"Arrived Saturday Oct 3rd and left Monday October 5th, long story short , my wife fell on a dance floor at Riu Tequila and tore her ACL, no one helped us get back to the room it was a struggle , they only had one wheelchair on site.
