"5/5 Stars – Exceptional Stay! "We had a fantastic stay at Masanet Emblematic Hotel Las Palmas! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. To top it off, the food was absolutely delicious and the overall service was excellent. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. "Beautifully renovated modern hotel, near the historic center. We were there 4 days and only got housekeeping 1 time. If you missed your chance for housekeeping, they did not come back. Great breakfast. Nice gym, although it could use a little more TLC. Like having sanitary wipes available. The lobby, bar, and all public rooms are in a very chic contemporary style. Desk staff was helpful. Room amenities were fine, but in a high-end hotel, they could be nicer, like less paper and plastic and more china."
