"We purchased Delex room, but they sold it to someone for better price and they put us in disability room. We had a bathroom like in the hospital on rehab place for disabled people. Was so upset, they lied to us saying this is the room you paid for. No AC, elevator not working most of the time we have to walked stairs to 11 Th floor. "The hotel was close to the beach and it also had a good pool and spa the nights where quiet and relaxing having a supermarket was also a good idea and the ping pong table was also fun for everybody. The staff and the reception where nice to and finally the help for the luggage was really useful "
"Blev mødt en rigtig sød vært, super service i forhold til indtjekning, værelse og opholdsstue ok, der var køleskab og elkedel💪💪💪, men ledningen til elkedel for kort så måtte tage den med ind til sengen for at lade op ellers ok. Badeværelse kunne godt trænge til en bedre rengøring, der var en del hår både for oven forneden for tidligere besøg af ikke så lækkert. Men alt i alt var det et hyggeligt ophold. Il faut savoir qu’ « Holiday World Resort » est un groupement de plusieurs hôtels qui sont indépendants les uns des autres.
Je regrette de ne pas avoir eu notion de cela étant donné que les horaires d’accès aux restaurants ne sont pas les mêmes en fonction des hôtels (des 18h30 chez certains, d’autres pas avant 19h ce qui est important pour les tout petits)....
