"Couldn’t recommend Hotel Bosque del Mar enough if you’re looking for a more private, quiet style of stay. It’s the perfect mix of jungle and beach access. The beach is beautiful, clean, and feels very private. "Nice place located 5-10 min walk to the beach. Apartment was spacious with plenty of kitchen appliances, plates, glasses etc. Pool was very large for such a small hotel and was cleaned during our short stay. A little dated, but clean and in good condition. Location and value make this a great place for families to stay."

"The main benefit of this hotel was its location. It's conveniently located only within 30 min drive from the airport, also just in between 2 main attractions - beaches and volcano. "Rooms need a lot of upgrade for a 4 star hotel. There was water clogging in the bathrooms. Our room refrigerator was not working( that was an issue as we had a toddler with us ) Pools were dirty and over all property needs a lot of maintenance. Staff was really helpful and tried their best to help but there was so much they could do with the proper management."
