"The beautiful nightmare began upon arrival. Arrived very hungry and tired. The restaurant closed at 6p and there was no room service. The par room they assigned me had a broken AC. I complained three times and was told it was just weak AC. On the third day I found the operations manager who admitted the AC was broken and moved me after two days of horrible sleep. The new room was an upgrade but was missing black out curtains. The place is poorly staffed including the restaurants. The golf course...
