"The hotel was very clean, and all the staff were 1st class, even up to the manager, who takes time to ask guests if there are any problems. "Staff are fantastic, from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Zaina is truly an exceptional face to hte hotel, always helpful, friendly and with a smile on her face. "Fantastic service from start to finish! Beautiful view and beach. Incredible staff made this stay a wonderful experience. I would recommend better railings on stairs - some of the stairs don’t have any railings and the main stairs just have a glass wall railing. Those with mobility issues may struggle. "
