"Beautiful and clean with all the amenities. The pool and design is sleek and an amazing area to spend your days. The beach is a private direct access! "Very nice hotel. Big and clean rooms. Frendly and helpful stuff. We stayed in the middle of may, so weather wasn’t the best. We didn’t get to use watter park because water there was very cold. But main pools were warm and nice. So kids got to swim abit. Very nice sand beach. Food was good, alot of vegetables and fruits. Very good coctails. Nice kids club. We used international one. Girls who works there are very friendly and knows how to work with kids. "

"Sehr sauberes Hotel mit Top-freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Personal. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht! Gute Struktur und Ablauf im Restaurant. Das Essen war von der Menge an Auswahl überschaubar aber dafür hat alles sehr gut geschmeckt. Wer etwas Ruhe haben will, der nutzt den Außen- oder Innenpool im Nebengebäude. Der Stand ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar ebenso wie diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Old Town Rethymno in ca 20 - 25 Minuten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen. "

"liked nothing about the hotel. front desk service is very aggressive and threatening to " will get you out of hotel" for complaining about their service. very uncomfortable attitude. very inconvenient to get to your room . "Hébergement de qualité, très propre et très calme malgré l'emplacement dans la vieille ville et donc idéalement situé.Tout le personnel est d'une grande amabilité. "Fantastic service from start to finish! Beautiful view and beach. Incredible staff made this stay a wonderful experience. I would recommend better railings on stairs - some of the stairs don’t have any railings and the main stairs just have a glass wall railing. Those with mobility issues may struggle. "
