"Even though i had booked a ground floor studio we were placed upstairs because the manager thought it would be better for a family! I had booked the ground floor as I have mobility issues! The stairs were made of stone & had worn to different shapes which I found very difficult. We complained & had some money returned but this did not help with problems with the stairs! "We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Its location is truly ideal: centrally located in the old town, yet remarkably quiet. The neighborhood is vibrant, with numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops within easy walking distance. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. Bathrooms however were not well maintained and showers had issues such as not having a mount on the wall to hold the shower head and not having shower curtain and plugged drains.
